Privacy Policy

Cancellations and Returns
You may cancel any transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1981 (hereinafter: the " Consumer Protection Law "), unless this is specifically addressed by this policy, and then it is the one to be determined.

Music and Consciousness Conference
In case of registration for the conference, you can cancel and receive a full refund of up to 4 working days before the event date. In case of cancellation 4 working days before the event and up to 2 working days before the event date, 50% of the full consideration will be charged. In case of cancellation about 2 working days before the event, the full consideration will be charged.

Payment
In order to make a purchase on a service or product website, you will need to provide personal and identification information such as name, phone, address and the like. You only undertake to provide correct details. You are not charged with providing one or the other, but failure to provide details may prevent you from purchasing. The credit card information is not stored in the database for the protection of our customers and is subject to the invoice and clearing site information security policy as detailed below. Registration information and emails will be retained by the Academy and the Academy undertakes not to provide the details to a third party subject to the details set out above.
